Matcha + Coconut Snack Bars

A simple treat that you can enjoy throughout the week!


  • 3 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener of Choice (we used agave)
  • 1/2 Tbl Ceremonial Matcha Powder (Akira Matcha)


Mix all ingredients together. Spread on sheet 1/2 Inch-1 Inch thick. Refrigerate or Freeze for 30 min. Cut into squares and enjoy!
