Refund policy

• We stand behind our product, and we offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on the first purchase of a 30g tins. If you are not satisfied with your first 30g tin order, let us know within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund. A return may be required, and return label will be provided. Please note that if you purchase multiple 30g tins, we will be able to refund the price of one tin only. Purchases of 100g or 1lb bags are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are not sure, and would like to give our Matcha a try, we highly recommend you purchase a single 30g tin first. International shipments are non-refundable. 
• Subscribe & Save: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased through the Subscribe & Save program. 
• International Customers: Shipping, taxes, & import duties are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments are non-refundable.
