- All matcha tins should arrive with a metal pull seal to protect the quality and safety of your matcha. If the seal is broken or missing your matcha is not safe for use. Please contact us immediately for a full refund. Email email@example.com
- Refund policy: We stand behind our product, and we offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on the purchases of 30g tins. If you are not satisfied with your 30g tin order, let us know within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that if you purchase multiple 30g tins, we will be able to refund the price of one tin only. Purchases of 100g or 1lb bags are non-refundable. If you are not sure, and would like to give our Matcha a try, we highly recommend you purchase a single 30g tin first.
