Matcha Coconut Energy Balls

These energy balls made with Akira matcha by @mamamatcha are sure to please. We think they would be great to make at the start of the week and grab for a snack between meals!

Matcha Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Raw Unsalted Cashews
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4C Nutiva Organic Coconut Butter
  • 1 Tbl Collagen
  • 1 Tbl Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 3 Tsp Akira Matcha
  • 1/2 Tsp Spirulina
  • 3 Pitted Dates
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions: Blend all in a food processor. Roll into balls & cover in coconut shreds. Store them in a mason jar in the fridge! & enjoy
