12. How do you prepare matcha?

  • Heat water to about 160°F.
  • Pour about ½ cup of the hot water into a matcha bowl to warm it. Dip the tea whisk into the hot water to soften it. Then discard the water and dry the inside of the bowl.
  • Place 1/2 tsp in the bowl, and add about ¼ cup (2 ounces) of hot water.
  • Use the tea whisk to mix the matcha tea into the water. Begin with slow, back-and-forth strokes, then agitate the mixture to a froth with quick M-shaped

What you Need:

Instructions:

  1. In blender or shaker at 1/2 Tsp Matcha Powder, 1/8 Tsp Chai Spice, Sweetener to taste, and 1/4 Cup Hot Water.
  2. Blend or Shake Shake Shake, Till Smooth.
  3. Pour over Cup of Ice
  4. Fill the Rest of The Cup Till About 3/4 Full With Almond Milk
  5. Blend 1/4 Cup of Strawberries
  6. Top your Matcha Latte with Blended Strawberry Puree

Please note: You can crush the strawberries with a fork if you don't have a blender.
