This banana chai parfait recipe is simple and a perfect addiction to your fall recipe selection. Our chai spice, pudding, yogurt and banana all come together to make a delicious healthy breakfast option or sweet snack!
Here is what you will need:
2 sliced bananas chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon chai spice
Lady finger cookies broken up around 5-8 depending on how many you add in, you could also use crumbled gram cracker, vanilla wafers, or gingerbread cookies.
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cups heavy shipping cream
1 instant pudding mix
cinnamon stick for optional garnish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
How to prepare:
- Mix together chai, yogurt, whipping cream, and pudding mix until fully combined.
- Slice up your bananas and toss them in the lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
- Layer cookies, sliced banana, and pudding into cups until layered. Should serve around. 2-3 people. Garnish with a. sprinkle more of chai and a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
