Chai banana pudding and yogurt parfait

This banana chai parfait recipe is simple and a perfect addiction to your fall recipe selection. Our chai spice, pudding, yogurt and banana all come together to make a delicious healthy breakfast option or sweet snack!

Here is what you will need:

2 sliced bananas chopped

1 1/2 tablespoon chai spice

Lady finger cookies broken up around 5-8 depending on how many you add in, you could also use crumbled graham cracker, vanilla wafers, or gingerbread cookies. 

2 cups Greek yogurt

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 instant pudding mix

cinnamon stick for optional garnish

2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to prepare:

  1. Mix together chai, yogurt, whipping cream, and pudding mix until fully combined.
  2. Slice up your bananas and toss them in the lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
  3. Layer cookies, sliced banana, and pudding into cups until layered. Should serve around. 2-3 people. Garnish with a. sprinkle more of chai and a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
