Butternut Squash Protein Pancakes - Made with Chai Spice

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Bobs Red Mills Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Garden of life Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 Cup of Butternut Squash Puree
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk  (If needed, add more)
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Matcha Konomi Original Chai Spice Blend
  • 2 Eggs


Add all ingredients into your blender. Heat a pan to a low/medium heat and spray with some Chosen Foods Coconut Oil. Pour 1/4 Cup Pancake batter into your skillet or pan. Flip once pancakes starts to bubble a little.

Toppings: Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut butter, berries and bananas.
