Acai Smoothie Bowl with Matcha!

A creamy blend of organic Açaí and almond butter packed with protein and antioxidants topped with granola, fresh fruit, a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of Matcha!

Açaí Smoothie Bowl with Matcha!
Serving Size: 1
What You Need:

  • 1/2 - 1 Tsp Amaya Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Package of Acai (Frozen)
  • 3-4 Blackberries
  • 3-4 Strawberries
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 Tbl Agave
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbl Almond Butter and/or a Scoop of Vegan Protein (Optional)
  • Granola of Choice
  • Peanut Butter

Directions:

  1. Using a blender, combine all ingredients: Matcha, Banana, Blackberries, Ice, Agave, Almond Butter, Almond Milk and Protein.  Blend on high till smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with: Granola, Fruit, Peanut Butter and then top it all off with your sprinkle of Amaya Matcha and enjoy!
